The Solution

P&D have recently completed a full turnkey project at the new Surrey headquarters of the Ramp People.

The initial brief was to maximise the storage of the new business unit for palletised and loose boxed goods. A combination of pallet racking, longspan shelving and drive in pallet racking was decided upon to ensure each of the products had a dedicated storage location.

In addition, P&D provided a fully fire protected mezzanine floor with offices and kitchen area beneath.

The full electrics package included warehouse lighting, office lighting, data cabling, heating, extraction and new power points throughout the building.

The P&D projects team looked after the building regs requirements from the outset to ensure that the build complied with all regulations.

The project took four weeks to complete and included all decoration, floor marking, signage and flooring.
